The hotel is very central to the old town, making it ideal for rest and recovery after busy days out east; it had everything we needed—proximity, central location, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff, especially Ferat, were very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was decent and the location was great, but we ran into Wi‑Fi issues and the front desk staff wasn’t particularly friendly in fixing them.
