I stayed at this spot and it was a solid choice: close to the center, roomy and spotless, and parking on the blue line is right on the same street. We arrived at night, rang the bell, and the front desk opened the door for us. The reception staff were helpful for anything we needed. Breakfast was decent, though a bit disorganized. At night the area felt a bit scary if you were alone, and you could hear other rooms quite clearly. Remember that the bathroom and breakfast lounge are shared.
