The staff were helpful and the location was convenient, with easy access. However, the facility was too old, the AC was super loud, the walls were thin, and the pillow was unusable. A crazy person accidentally entered and pulled the fire alarm at 9 pm, creating a chaotic and unsafe atmosphere overall.

It was easy to find, restaurants were close by, and the place was quiet. It was very cold, so I had to crank the heat in my room up to nearly 80 °F just to stay warm, only to discover someone had left a hallway window open all night, making it extremely cold.

Breakfast and the location were good, though the breakfast was pricey. The waiter was very good. Prices could be better, and the music through the speakers could be improved.

The view was gorgeous and the room did its job. A pretty big bug was in my room, which the cleaning crew should have caught. I could have used a snack vending machine.
