The hotel sits in a great spot, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. However, the front desk did not help us arrange a taxi pickup and instead told us to flag one down outside the hotel, which was not the best way to guarantee a timely arrival for our flight since taxis were unreliable.
