The location was great, but they never came to change the towels during the three days I stayed.

The hotel was nice, the room comfortable and we had a lovely mountain view. It offered good value compared to other options. The downside was its distance from the city center, though public transport works well – a 24‑hour pass is handy. Breakfast wasn’t included, but a café was close by. On a cold day when the temperature dropped to minus 10, a draft slipped in through a window edge and the heating was barely enough.

Conveniently located near the tram and with a car parking, but the pillows were awful and the price felt steep for what was offered. A kettle, tea, shampoo, and more amenities would have made it worth the €100 a night.

You could sleep in the rooms and there was a fridge, but the place felt very old‑fashioned and some things were broken. One evening I was holding the bathroom door handle, another night a small lamp on the bed seemed to come alive.
