The staff member who attended me wasn’t pleasant; she failed to mention anything about the hotel and was pretty hostile, and she had braids and worked at the front desk.

Maybe consider patrolling the area to keep people from hanging out in the hallways right outside your door, and there was suspicious activity at 4 am; the room had minimal amenities—no shampoo or conditioner—and smelled like smoke when I entered, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

Shae was the absolute best; she made everything comfortable for me and the Mrs., solved any problems, and is super nice, honestly making our stay a million times better—she goes above and beyond, so thanks for making staying at a hotel enjoyable and I’d recommend again.

Nothing. over booked still took my money. never gotba room but giving me the run around for my refund. The fact i made a reservation, get to the location. no rooms. then proceeds to still charge my card
