Everything was fine; I've stayed here multiple times so I knew what to expect, but it was very noisy until late at night.

The front‑desk staff were first‑rate, helpful, friendly, and resolved any issue quickly and professionally—truly a credit to the company. There was nothing I didn’t like; our organisation will definitely use this hotel next time we need accommodation in the Islington/Hackney area.

The price‑quality ratio was good, the staff were pleasant, and I could leave my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out; the room had a private shower and toilet, bus stops were at the hotel’s base, and restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy were nearby. The staff lent us power adapters for our phones, and the kettle, tea, and coffee were appreciated. However, there were plumbing issues with loud noises at night, a broken shower door, a broken shower button in the first room that forced us to change rooms, and external noises. The window was locked, so we couldn’t ventilate the room. The room felt a bit cramped, with only a bedside table by the window, a desk and chair, a coat rack, and two twin beds; there were no blinds.

After my previous hotel cancelled my booking last minute, I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless and cozy, the bathroom was spacious with fresh towels and daily cleaning, and coffee and tea were provided—a nice touch. The bus stop and two supermarkets were close by, and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend it. It was a bit loud because the walls are very thin and the doors are heavy, so bring earplugs. The mattress and pillow were a bit hard, but that’s a personal preference.

The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, with freshly washed sheets and towels; the room is a tiny bit outdated, but it’s clean and has a comfy bed!
