The managers, especially Ms Maria, were incredibly available and courteous. We arrived in Naples much later than planned, yet they still handed us the B&B keys and sent us a video with all the instructions to reach the property—a rare courtesy! A big hug and thanks for everything, including the fantastic dishes at their own restaurant. Everything was positive; nothing to criticize.

Booking was straightforward and check‑in was quick; the staff were friendly and let us drop our luggage in the room before the official check‑in time. The central location is unbeatable, especially if you need the train station. The place feels very worn out, but for one or two nights it’s acceptable.
