Kelly the bartender was great; everything else was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The hotel blends Victorian charm with modern amenities, and I didn’t spot any ghosts!

The rooms were too cramped, the toilets were too low, the showers were too tight, and there was no place to store anything in the bathroom.

The beds were awful, the room was dirty, there was no bath mat on the slick shower floor, the shower faucet was broken and the cold water didn’t work until the next morning, the restaurant never opened, staffing was inconsistent, the elevator broke down, and the welcome was poor—just a warning about the shower and losing the key.
