The mattress was very uncomfortable, and a strong food‑prep smell lingered throughout the building. I even found cockroaches and bugs in the bathroom. On the bright side, the TV offered DSTV and Wi‑Fi.

I would have preferred to stay when the property was at its best. The room was clearly well designed, spacious, with a lovely balcony and a fairly modern shower. The location suited my work needs. Unfortunately, the place seems to have been severely neglected lately. Untreated water damage appeared in several spots, and objects left in the room made me wonder if it had even been prepared for me. I was checked in and out by a man in pajamas. The property has great potential but urgently needs experienced management. The low price I paid was justified.

The owner is the best guy you’ll ever meet in Centurion. He’s very friendly, welcoming, and always available to chat or watch movies together if you have time. The property sits in a very secure area, just a few minutes from Centurion Mall, and it’s a very quiet spot. Your room comes with a mini‑kitchen featuring a fridge, microwave, small table, and couch for dining or breakfast, plus a shared main kitchen and dining area with the owner and other tenants. He should do regular cleaning, though; I understand he mentioned the cleaner is on maternity leave.

Victor was an extremely generous host who catered to every need. From the first minute I felt at home, even though I was only staying overnight, I felt like royalty, indulged with conversation and never left alone. Victor is super‑intelligent and can chat for hours. The room and bathroom were super‑clean, even better than my own home. Thank you, Victor! I’ll definitely return.
