Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a lack of trust and poor communication, which ultimately led to a disappointing experience. Although the room itself was satisfactory, the hotel's failure to follow through on its promises and respond to my inquiries left a lasting impression. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
