Patterson Inn

“Best boutique hotel in Denver.”

The historic vibe of the residence hotel and the courteous staff made our visit unforgettable; the location was superb, parking was available, our room was immaculate and well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, and we’ll definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and very pleasant, with especially comfortable bedding. The location was a real plus, close to the center, and having parking was really appreciated for this place. And especially, the breakfast was truly great!

“Our stay at The Patterson Inn made our 39th anniversary celebration a special memory!!”

Captain Chris, the innkeeper, was very entertaining! The 12 Spirits lounge was a lot of fun!! And Kayleigh, our breakfast chef, was amazing!! We’ll definitely come back. We’ve stayed at many hotels that didn’t impress, but this one was truly delightful.
