The location was convenient for the town and the place was clean. The downside was that the bed was only accessible from one side because it was against a wall, and it collapsed completely at 5am while I was sleeping; the management wouldn’t even offer a partial refund for the first night. I was given another room for the second night, but the slats on that bed also showed signs of strain.

It was convenient for work, offered good value for money, and the staff were friendly. There were no negatives.

The facilities were great and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was that traffic outside was noisy, which was beyond the team’s control.

I enjoyed staying at the Arbor Inn; we arrived late and the lady who greeted us was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming—though I can’t recall her name, her helpfulness, especially letting us stay a bit longer in the morning for rest, was appreciated; the room was clean, modern, and comfortable, making for a very good stay; thank you for making us feel so welcome, and we’d definitely return; the only downside was that the bed could be a little bit bigger.
