The calm, the comfort, the spacious rooms, the excellent thermal baths, the high‑quality professional massages, the friendly staff, and the gourmet food made of fresh products were all outstanding.

The reception staff and thermal bath. Early check in. Breakfast was very quiet and residents stare at you. Music would help

The room was far too hot, making it hard to sleep, there was a lot of sun, and there was absolutely no shade – otherwise everything was perfectly satisfactory.

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were nice, and the spa was fantastic.

The hot springs were wonderful, the staff were very friendly, they made sure the rooms were cooled with fans and that water was always available during the heat. The calm atmosphere helped me relax and everything ran smoothly. Nothing negative.
