I had to pay for the breakfast. It was not on there records. There was no staff to take decision even on seeing the voture. I had sent a mail for the cancellation as I had to pay for the two rooms. No consideration was given to the advance booking. Please refund for the advance and the advance taken at your end for breakfast. Thank you. Not interested to comment further

The rooms are very dirty and hot water not coming properly. They told hot water inside but no heater in wash room. Staff behaviour is to bad . I request to all customers don't book this hotel forever pls pls pls 🙏
