Honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The noise from the bar sounded like a riot outside; even with my windows and curtains shut, it kept me up until late. The room coffee was low‑quality instant coffee and never refilled after the first night. One of the two elevators was out of order for the whole stay, leading to very long waits.

The location near Alexanderplatz, Berliner Dom and Spree is great, and I got an upgrade because of the crowd. The breakfast costs €24 per person, which is a bit pricey.

A nice establishment in a great location, clean and comfortable room, large bathroom, friendly staff. Nothing negative.

Location was great- right across the street from a train station. Room was clean, and spacious. Small fitness center- but just right for a nice run. I didn't get to use the sauna but it seemed like others utilized it. Check in was easy. It was great to check in luggage in the morning. Nice staff. They have a decent bar with reasonably priced menus
