No positives at all – the hotel was very run‑down, old, and in bad condition. It smelled a lot of food and overall it was quite ordinary. I didn’t like anything; it was limited, messy, had poor air‑conditioning quality, and the bathrooms were old and in bad shape.

“Só não dou zero porque não dá”

Nothing good. The cleaning was terrible, breakfast was on a dirty floor, and there were huge flies in the room. The bathroom was super dirty and had a used roll. Everything.

The pool has a slide, which the kids really liked. Every corner needs maintenance; hygiene is missing, everything is rusted. Loud music is played, supposedly until 11 pm, but it never stops and it gives me headaches. The breakfast service is lacking; when items like milk run out the food isn’t warm and doesn’t taste as expected. The room doors are very hard to open and close. The rooms aren’t cleaned as one would expect from a five‑star hotel. Instead of five stars, this place deserves two because it suffers badly from hygiene. This hotel is not recommended.

“İlgili ve yardımsever personeli olan , ancak max. tek gece konaklama için tercih edilebilecek bir otel”

The staff were very attentive and helpful, but the hotel was quite neglected and not clean. In the bathroom the shower head was broken, so you couldn’t get a proper shower. It definitely doesn’t deserve five stars.
