Location. The Municipal of Nasugbu and Barangay should conduct a beach clean‑up. Lots of litter and garbage on the shoreline.

Easy to find. There's a kettle and mugs. The bed is comfortable. The room is too small to swing a cat. Dangerous stairs! Towels smell bad.

The room matches the listing: everything is there and works, hot water, AC, fan, large bed, etc. The small house had its upper floor converted into three tiny rooms. Street noise can be annoying; you have to face the stairs to get in, otherwise you can't pass. The staff: the young woman at the house, seen for 30 seconds at check‑in and 20 seconds at check‑out.

The room looked nice, but being on a busy street made it extremely noisy and I couldn’t sleep; the hosts never greeted us, giving the place a strange vibe, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
