I was told Truskavets 365 was a four‑star hotel, yet we were assigned a twin room that the brochure claimed was 13 m². In reality, the space measured only 240 × 290 mm – just 7 m² – and the two children’s beds were so small that even after sleepless nights in Kyiv it was impossible to lie down. The bed tag I photographed read 190 × 782 mm with code DET, which doesn’t meet the DСТУ 4268 national standard that requires at least 12 m² per person excluding corridor and bathroom. The room was clean, the staff polite, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied, but the room’s size was a major let‑down.

The hotel liked me because it’s in the city centre and has a wellness base with Natusya, Maria, Skhidnytsya, and Morshynska water. The room was clean, bright, but not comfortable because it was very small. The lobby was warm and the coffee tasty! I recommend it to people who enjoy organized and active breaks, and it also caters to families with a pool on the open area. On the downside, the dining staff were surprisingly incompetent, the front desk wasn’t all friendly, the air‑conditioning failed in the heat, and if you book via Booking you’re sent to the 9th floor and the staff seem more client‑oriented toward weekly tour groups. There was no hot water in the shower from the morning, and several times there was no water at all. The reception girls, looking at your face, lied that water would arrive in 30 minutes even though they knew it would be a whole day. The price doesn’t match the quality.
