How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the rooms were not clean, the bathroom wasn’t clean either, and the equipment was outdated. There was little or no hot water, the water pressure didn’t work, and we had a room with a bathroom that had a nauseating odor that the staff couldn’t eliminate despite their efforts.

For its price it’s a decent, adequate hotel, but the main and biggest drawback is the location—there’s basically no dining nearby. Realizing this, we left after the first night (still had paid for three more nights(()

Nothing good at all! Everything was terrible! We arrived in two rooms and immediately noticed the sheets looked unclean, I lifted them to see and they had blood stains and other marks that I don’t even want to know what they were, and there were ants on the pillow. I called the owner and they changed them, and while changing them I saw the mattress was in awful condition—filthy and with urine stains everywhere. In the bathroom I found a millipede. I’m not used to leaving reviews, but I can’t believe the positive ones. People are used to sleeping in dirt??? Unfortunately, I didn’t even think of taking photos because it was late and the kids were tired, we just wanted to leave immediately. That’s how it was. We went to another hotel and refused to sleep there, but we still paid the full price for the night.

The family room was huge and comfortable, the staff were helpful and attentive, and the on‑site restaurant was pretty good. The only issue was the difficulty in communicating because the staff didn’t speak English, so instead of one breakfast I ended up with six 😂.
