How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We booked a King Room with Lake View, but what we got was a smaller Partial Lake view room. The excuse was that with our budget, this was the best they could offer. I found it pretty unprofessional, to be honest. And to make matters worse, their customer support was basically non-existent. Not exactly the kind of service you'd expect from a hotel.

We had a pretty disastrous experience at this hotel. They tried to rip us off with an extra payment, claiming it was some sort of 'additional fee'. But when we got there, they couldn't even find our booking confirmation. Long story short, we ended up finding another hotel and leaving. It turned out they had overbooked and were trying to avoid cancelling on us. Not exactly the kind of service you'd expect from a hotel.

This hotel was a real gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to lend a hand. And the location was perfect - right next to Pichola lake. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the view from my room was stunning, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were always happy to help. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which didn't work properly in my room.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were really friendly, the restaurant was nice, and the views of the city were amazing. They even gave us an upgrade because we were staying for a long time, which was a lovely touch. And the pool was spotless. All in all, a great experience.
