We loved the atmosphere and the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Everything was great, but the last time we stayed there I remembered there were bikes to ride; this time none were available, and I missed the trail I had seen.

The location was magnificent. During the rain, water entered through the front door, the Wi‑Fi was weak (only a little signal in the room), and there were few outlets to charge phones or other devices.

The age and character felt very genuine, with incredible views and a large pool. Food was tasty with good portions, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Arianna at reception and Antonio in the restaurant area. However, the rooms could use a little update while keeping their character: a working shower head, for example, was fixed on the last day, and a more modern hairdryer would be nice since the old one had been seen for years. The air‑con was very noisy. It was a shame we couldn’t walk into the nearest village, and official taxis were non‑existent while the available ones were expensive. Local use of the pool compromised our enjoyment, with noisy aerobics and fewer sunbeds available.

Lovely staff, dinner and breakfast were really good, and the pool is huge. The bathrooms, especially the shower, badly need updating.

The property is amazing in the most beautiful place ever. The location is amazing—5 minutes from Sambuca. Breakfast was great, and the pool is big and nice. Not a lot of information was provided during check‑in, but overall it was fine.
