We chose this hotel for our vacation because of the glowing reviews and the absence of any negative ones, which I think is due to their customer relations; they were still messaging us after we returned home. They did everything they could in their own way (they gave us a gift card, sent fruit and wine to the room, and kept sending messages, probably because they were nervous about a review). The food at the hotel was so bad that we could hardly eat anything. We ate out for two days; the “lezzeti âlâ döner” was very good and we recommend it if you need it. One day they gave us a free Italian à la carte and we were satisfied that day, thank God. On the last day at the hotel I witnessed frozen “brown packages” of meat being thrown onto the grill from inside a cardboard box; I prayed that there was a box I couldn’t see. Butter was not kept cold, it melted, was put back in the fridge, and appeared again the next day, probably because the taste had become sour. I saw raw fish left on the counter to be cooked for minutes, repeatedly… there was a serious problem with the cold chain; when I warned them, they said it wouldn’t matter if it was a bit outside, but the environment was extremely hot. Secondly, raw fish should not be left outside that long; I didn’t even feed it to my child. I cannot understand why there is so much praise for the food when everything I ate caused stomach pain. The desserts were very bad; there was one guy who was dropping a “lokma” and he was very good, but otherwise the cheesecake made me spit it out because it was too sour. I couldn’t eat any dessert. The location is along a walking path to the sea that passes the trembling lake, and that area is very dirty and has a very bad smell sometimes. The facilities: when you call the hotel and ask, they will tell you there are 10‑12 tennis courts, but that’s a lie; there is only one, and the others are probably a joke. They will charge you for your own racket and ball to enter that area.
