I was expecting a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, everything was far from perfect. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but that was about it. I had high hopes, but the experience was underwhelming, to say the least.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which was close to my meeting venue and food outlets. However, my stay was marred by the fact that the hot water system wasn't working, which was a bit of a downer for me since I'm not fond of cold showers. Hopefully, the management will address this issue soon.

“Tricked with hidden charge”

My stay was a disaster from start to finish. I was charged a hefty sanitation fee of 400 pesos that wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking process, and I didn't receive a receipt for it, which made me feel tricked. The room itself was infested with a cockroach, the bidet was broken, and there were no disposable slippers provided, leaving me to walk on cold floors barefoot. To top it off, the noise from outside made it difficult for me to sleep, and I only got a few hours of rest.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, but there was one aspect that left me a bit disappointed - the shower room and water pressure were not up to par. The hotel's cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff made up for it, though. The shower room and water pressure were a letdown, but overall, my experience was quite pleasant. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown, particularly with the shower room and water facilities. There were some issues that made my stay less than enjoyable. I'm not sure what the hotel could have done differently, but I hope they take steps to improve.
