Worst hotel ever. I talked to the staff twice before booking to confirm my tentative check‑in time, and they assured me the room was ready. When I arrived, they told me no rooms were available and sent me to a nearby hotel that was shabby and unhygienic. In short, the worst hotel experience I've had.
