The location was good for what I needed, but breakfast was only warm, the toilet seat slid to the side when I sat down, the window was cracked a lot and they knew about it, I could hear heavy footsteps from the room above at 10:00 pm and again early in the morning, and at 2:00 am the room behind my headboard turned on the TV very loud for at least 2 hrs.
