The hotel is beautiful. If you get a room on the lakeside, the view is gorgeous. Great choice if you’re attending a concert at the CMAC.

The spot is great, but the staff were short‑staffed and slow; most of them seemed fed up, overworked, untrained, and uninterested in making guests feel welcome, except for a couple who did better.
We had an awesome stay! So relaxing!
