The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower’s water pressure was amazing, the best I’ve had at a hotel. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. The hotel’s location was very convenient and close to everything. The pool was great, and my son enjoyed it. The only problem was that when we checked in we were handed a key, walked into our room, and found someone already there. We returned to the desk, told the staff, and another guest had the same issue. We were moved to an empty room and the staff apologized sincerely for the mishap.
