“not worth the money, disappointed”
The hot tub and pool were great, but the bed was hard yet still comfortable. The jets barely worked, the tub wasn’t very hot, the living‑room TV was broken, and there were no blankets or sheets for the pull‑out couch.
“Horrible will never stay again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!”
The room had a strong smoke odor and several items were broken. I was told they couldn’t bring bedding because an incident had occurred and the police were in the lobby. The parking lot was full of homeless people, one of whom followed me inside and pestered me for personal details; no front‑desk staff were present, making me feel unsafe. The front staff vanished and were unhelpful. The pool was cloudy, the windows were broken, and breakfast never arrived after a 30‑minute wait, so we left.
The room was unclean and there were no clean sheets.
Location and staff very friendly and helpful. Out of the 4 days I asked twice to have my room cleaned and bedding changed not one time was it cleaned or bed changed out. Also requested clean towels and none was available. And this was a no smoking facility but literally can smell smoke in the room
