The owner was super friendly and helpful from the very beginning, even before we arrived. He sorted out all the details with ease and even arranged a great Safari experience for us. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, which was absolutely stunning. We also want to thank the smaller, slightly hunched owner who helped us with some minor issues in the room - we're not sure of his name, but he was really kind and efficient.

The staff were top-notch and the location right by the lake was perfect. Having a balcony overlooking the lake was just what we needed. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the beds, but we're not too fussy, so it didn't ruin the experience for us.
