I found the property stunning and top‑class; the staff were helpful and warm, rooms were gorgeous, and the overall quality was excellent with a mostly comfortable bed. However, the pillows were too firm – a mix of full and softer ones would help. Some spa and bathroom accessories fell short of the rest of the hotel’s standard. The spa should open at 7 am and stay open until 9 or 10 pm, and the staff could use more training. It’s good, but to justify the price it needs to be truly exceptional.

The hotel is truly gorgeous, with the historic castle preserved while everything around is 21st‑century equipped. From the moment I arrived, the service and care from the staff were amazing—something I’ve never felt in any other hotel. I want to thank everyone, from reception to chefs to waiters, because you’ll feel at home here. If you want a unique experience in every way, including flawless gastronomy, this hotel is worth every penny.
