“Won’t go again there”
The location was unbeatable. The whole building had four floors of clubs and the noise from the clubs and their staff was constant all night. Cleaners would take the old towels and forget to leave new ones, so I had to call every day for a fresh set. We had a leak from the ceiling in the room, reported it twice, but it was never fixed. I arrived a couple of hours before check‑in and the staff told me to wait or pay AED 50 for early check‑in. I didn’t have cash, so I said I would pay later, but they wouldn’t let me in until I paid.
