It was my first time staying here and I arrived with no prior knowledge; the hotel sat a short walk from the station and had a slightly historic feel, yet the lobby, corridors to the rooms and furnishings exuded a refined, calm atmosphere that left a strong impression. The staff were attentive and made me feel completely at ease. Although I was traveling for business, the room felt comfortably sized without any cramped feeling and the bed was generous. A busy main road ran right outside, but I didn’t notice any noise. The breakfast the next morning satisfied me both in variety and taste—it was delicious. My work wrapped up smoothly and, because I had a comfortable margin before my flight, I appreciated that checkout was at noon. An unexpected perk was the round‑trip airport limousine bus; even though I didn’t know about the inbound service from Haneda and took the train there, I was able to hop on the bus beside the entrance on the way back and reach the airport in roughly the same time as the train. I can’t think of anything that was not good; it was a very nice hotel and I’ll definitely stay again.

The room was large, tranquil and very comfortable; it showed a bit of age but had a weightier charm than a modern hotel, and even though I was worried a week‑long stay might become tiring, I enjoyed hotel life immensely, especially waking up to a view of Mt. Fuji when I pulled the curtains. The reception team were professional, which gave me peace of mind, and I liked the wide selection of teas. The only downsides were the loud motorcycles roaring down the road in front and a persistent scent, perhaps from an air freshener, that lingered in the room. I also think the hotel’s online booking system could use some improvement.
