How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly, the location was top, and parking was free. Please replace the bulbs in all light fixtures, provide new towels, add fruit and freshly squeezed orange instead of Cedevita for breakfast, and fix the window handles so they don’t fall out each time you open a window—then you’ll be perfect!

The property is in an excellent location, close to the city center, and we liked that it retained a good portion of Baroque style from the late 19th century. The host and staff were extremely kind. The only complaint is that the bar in the building didn’t operate during the evening hours.

The location is perfect and the parking at the back is great, but the hand shower holder in the shower didn't work. The old building on the 2nd floor means 70 steps to the room! The room wasn't clean enough and the staff could be friendlier. The biggest disappointment was breakfast: only water or instant coffee were offered, and a filter coffee cost an extra 1,80 EUR; a juice was not provided even after payment. The bill was almost 10 EUR higher than the price shown at booking – that’s why I can’t understand the positive reviews.

Great location, very nice décor, and excellent accommodation in a beautiful baroque palace – definitely recommend a stay in Vukovar.
