Absolutely perfect – just a five‑minute walk to the beach, the mall, the night market and everything else, with excellent value for money.

The location was amazing and the hospitality was very pleasant.

The location was superb, right next to Central Samui, and most guests were foreigners, which gave the place a lively feel; the bed was incredibly soft and the housekeeping came in daily while we were out, which was great. I asked the staff for a room with a nice view, but ended up with a room that looked out onto a plain wall and offered no sea or lake scenery as promised; the hallway to the room was long, very dark, and I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travelers. At night there was no reception, only a 24‑hour coffee‑shop staff member.

Very good location, inside a mall that has everything you need, but the room wasn’t ready so check‑in was delayed.

Nothing positive to say about this accommodation. I would never stay here again. The place feels more like a youth hostel than a proper hotel, and the photos are misleading. The rooms are extremely small—too small for two people—and the walls are thin, so you hear everything: hallway chatter, cars, and the loud air conditioning. Sleeping was hard. My room was right next to the car park, making it worse. The shopping centre nearby adds noise. I was in Building 2, far from the lobby and hard to reach. Even alone the room felt cramped. There are better options for the same or lower price. You get a 100 THB daily voucher for coffee and tea, but it only works at vending machines, which is pointless. Apart from shower gel, the room lacks amenities. I would not book this hotel again. I was part of a group that had already booked, so I had no choice. Never again. I do not recommend COSI Samui and do not think it’s worth the price.
