The breakfast was extraordinary, ready for a wonderful day! The view from the hotel window of medieval castles transported me to another era, almost like a different century. The pool was delightful.

It wasn’t properly tidy, so I had to file a complaint. The restaurant felt more like a 3‑star place; the food resembled a school canteen rather than a quality hotel restaurant. It was extremely crowded, the wait was ridiculously long, and the waiters were clearly too busy to give proper service. With the very high price, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money; I would not recommend this hotel.
