The owners did everything to make you comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is quiet.

“Cottage super”

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was super clean, the owners were very helpful and welcoming, and their breakfasts were excellent! Balerno is a lovely little town with many shops, including a bus stop near the cottage. Highly recommended!

“Heerlijk uitvalsmogelijkheid voor Edinburgh”

Very welcoming and warm reception. Beautiful spot and quiet even though it’s in a residential area. Within walking distance of the bus station and the center of Balerno where you can dine nicely at the local Inn. The accommodations were fine, but the shower is a bit tight for taller people, and the bed is too short for anyone over 1.90 m (you can’t tuck your feet under the footboard).
