The hotel offered a quiet spot in Sandakan, close to the airport and Sepilok, and it was clean, though the bed felt a bit too firm for the local norm.

Service and staff. No window for the hotel

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. There is always attention at the desk and they are very attentive. We liked that the bathroom has a partition. I would recommend getting a window for a bit more money. We didn’t do that, but we were fine anyway.

Well maintained, comfortable and clean. It isn’t very close to the center of Sandakan but in my opinion it was better to be a little away from the noise. Convenient parking in front of the entrance. The popular food court is very nice a short distance away. It’s located in a kind of craft area that feels a bit anonymous.

It’s close to the center. At night it’s calm. The bathroom is not clean. The ventilation system is completely covered in mould, and there’s mould on the walls too.
