“Splnilo očekávání, vše bez problémů”

The breakfast tasted like the menu at Polštáře Lokalita – right in the city centre, within walking distance of the restaurant. The contactless reception worked with the access‑card machine, but weekend breakfasts didn’t start until 9:00, which felt a bit late. Parking is about a five‑minute walk from the hotel, and the contactless reception machine initially failed to issue a working card, a problem that was resolved at a nearby restaurant.

Świetna obsługa, przemiła atmosfera, personel na najwyższym poziomie - mimo przybycia namiejsce o 22.30 i proszeniu o jedzenie obsługa nie miała z tym żadnego problemu, przemili ludzie. W obiekcie jednocześnie odbywała się impreza, co uniemożliwiło spokojny wypoczynek do godziny 2 w nocy przez hałas muzyki i dudnienie - powinna być informacja uprzedzająca

I really like this hotel. Its history was highlighted during the building’s renovation, creating a great balance between heritage and modern trends. I spent a lot of time here this summer, checking out rooms from single to family suites; all were wonderfully organized, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were simply top‑class! The self‑check‑in option and the handy card‑making machine were convenient. The restaurant below served outstanding breakfasts and lunches. The design was pleasant, and the location is probably the best in Rybnik. There’s nothing I could complain about – the comfort and elegance made me feel at home. The only tiny suggestion: perhaps the doors could close a bit more quietly? :)
