Nothing to mention; we received a room upon arrival, and in the evening we turned on the AC but it didn’t work, so they moved us to another room that didn’t have the same view, even though I booked a sea view – I attached photos of the original view and the one we were moved to, which were completely different and did not show the sea.

Nothing positive, but the location and view were exceptional; the room was dirty with unwashed sheets, dirty windows and furniture, the bathroom was ugly and outdated with broken faucets, the door scraped the floor, the room entrance door was in bad condition, the common areas were dirty, the pool was in terrible condition with missing and cutting tiles, broken and torn loungers, and the beach by the Dead Sea was unmaintained; the loungers were also in very bad condition; the hotel seemed once exceptional but has long been neglected, the photos on Booking are great but don’t reflect reality, and for me who paid a lot for a four‑star stay I was ruined; finally, when I went to the restaurant for dinner it was closed, they offered a single‑price buffet of 40 JOD for mediocre quality, and they took advantage of the fact that we couldn’t go elsewhere without a vehicle at a late hour in the dark – a shameful establishment with shameful practices, fellow French and other travelers, flee this place urgently.

The resort was nice, but we booked a one‑night stay for 10/03 two months in advance, and they told us check‑in was at 2 pm; we arrived at 3 pm and were asked to wait 5 min because the room wasn’t ready, then we waited about 20 min before going to the resort restaurant for lunch; we asked reception to finish check‑in and bring the key to the restaurant, finished our meal, but still had no room; we went to bathe at the Dead Sea to waste time while they prepared the room, finished bathing, returned to reception, the room still wasn’t ready, it was already 6:30 pm, we had been there over 3 hours, and the room wasn’t ready; we sat wrapped in towels with our luggage, after fussing they rushed to get the room ready but only said sorry it wasn’t ready, offering no solutions or attempts to improve our experience; at 7 pm they finally brought us to the room only to show it was still being cleaned and covered in mud, we had to wait another 30 min for them to clean it; when we finally got the room, the key wouldn’t work, we had to call several times to open the door and they just said keep trying, which was frustrating.

The hotel is dream‑like right on the Dead Sea with its own beach access; despite construction on the grounds there are plenty of spots to stay, so the resort never feels overcrowded; lunch and dinner offer a buffet, but you can also order à la carte, and breakfast is varied; the food quality was convincing; the hotel’s own beach area looks neglected and could be better maintained, and the cleanliness around and inside the room was somewhat lacking.

The food was really tasty and the staff were professional and friendly; when our Caesar salad was out, they kindly offered us dinner instead. The place was spotless and pretty. However, the pool needs repairs and the sunbathing mattresses are dirty or broken, and our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, even though we arrived an hour late.
