There’s a single entrance, so you have to pass by reception or use a key card to get into your room. The bed was comfortable. I booked a handicap room, but they denied it because I had pets and then assigned me a room that was already occupied, forcing me to go upstairs. I had fled my home due to anticipated floods and carried a lot of luggage, so the assistance I received was grudging. The room smelled of mold, and the bathroom mirror had a high‑tech/internet‑type signal on it that made me very uncomfortable. It was better than other local options, and the new front‑desk employee was very friendly. In a pinch I would stay there again, but the check‑in wasn’t smooth. They blamed me for the booking error, but the new employee explained it was because I had pets and the handicap room didn’t allow pets, while the other employee said the room was already booked. I was in severe pain after trying to prepare my home for a potential flood, and being upstairs was difficult.
