The place is fairly clean, parking is easy despite being a bit limited, the shower soap smells nice, the electrical appliances work well, and I love the Kopiko. It’s close to many convenience stores like Zus, CU Mart, Watson, etc. The room layout is just what it is; the plug is far from the table, making it inconvenient to work. The TV has no channels—why bother? The room feels too small for the price. The bed frame is noisy and could be hazardous (I already hit it once). Towels are too hard; use a softener. Even the towel rack can be removed. The toothbrush is hard, and the toilet flush pressure is insufficient.
