Everything was enjoyable, especially the Swedish buffet and the sauna; the billiards and table tennis added a special touch to the hotel experience.

The view from the window is nice, but only if you don’t look down because everything around is under construction; water was missing until about 9 pm, the kids’ playground was open, construction was ongoing on the premises, tap water looked clean but was dirty when poured into a container, construction noise was loud, breakfast options were limited, the reception didn’t operate 24/7 as advertised, and at the end of May a group of children became ill—luckily we missed that.

The spa was good, the room matched the photos, staff were friendly, and it’s a 20‑minute walk to the center of Bukovel; however, sound insulation was poor, construction was happening on the property, there was no kids’ playground as shown in the pictures, there was a grill area but no place to eat besides the room, which was inconvenient; breakfast was excellent on weekdays, but on weekends arriving at 9 am you’d find almost nothing left, had to wait for it to be brought, and there was a shortage of dishes.

We arrived two hours early and the administrator welcomed us immediately; due to technical reasons we were moved to a nicer, more comfortable room, and all requests were handled right away— it feels like the hotel really cares about its guests and values its reputation, so we recommend it.

The place was clean and the spa was great, though it’s a separate building so getting from the hotel to the spa, changing, etc., is a bit inconvenient. The Swedish buffet was tasty. The lack of an elevator bothered me because my two kids and I were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but the positive vibes from the spa, clean rooms, warm pool, and overall satisfaction made up for it.
