The hotel is excellent, located in a very central spot close to Boston’s commercial heart; the room was great, we chose King and got a high floor, and there are free snacks, water, and hot drinks in the room. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly, and professional. The only downside is there’s no breakfast, but you can order from nearby cafés or around the hotel.

We didn’t get early check‑in, but we did receive a room upgrade and a card with chocolates and wine—very thoughtful from the hotel! I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Boston. The only negative was the very low lighting in the room and bathroom, so I had to hunt for things with my phone’s flashlight.
