“Urlaub bei Freunden im einem schönem Bergdorf mit Blick auf Lago Maggiore.”
A cozy guesthouse with nice rooms, comfortable beds and a balcony. The whole house was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Delicious and varied breakfast with regional products, which you could enjoy on the terrace on nice weather. The cappuccino was also very good. What impressed us most was the warmth of the owners: Liliana and Luca really do everything for the guests’ well‑being. They give many valuable tips for outings in the nearby area. Even though the mountain village is a little remote, it still has an optimal starting point for all the sights in the region: Val Grande, Lago di Orta, Lago di Mergozzo, Isole Borromee, Stresa, Verbania, etc. Everything is very quickly reachable by your own car. The guesthouse unfortunately does not have its own parking, but we always found a free parking spot nearby. Overall we found the price‑performance ratio very fair. We wish Liliana and Luca continued joy and success with Giuletta e Romeo! Nothing was wrong; everything was fine. Perhaps just a note: the house is on a slope and has no elevator. There are several stairs to climb, so people with mobility issues should keep that in mind.
