Great location, friendly staff, good Wi‑Fi. They could offer breakfast to go (for early‑tour departures) and extend the breakfast service until 10 am (it ended at 9 am).

The breakfast was excellent, and the person in charge was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, there were no towels, soap, or shampoo in the room, so we had to request them each time. The room was noisy whenever someone passed by, so privacy was lacking, and the hotel staff’s communication was poor.

The location was great—just a 5‑minute walk to Plaza Armas. The street was noisy, with thumping bass music from the next door all night until 5am.

The staff was always in the lobby and ready to help, and the breakfasts were delicious with a nice waiter. The room was very small, leaving no room to open a suitcase, and a steep staircase before the entrance required us to lift our luggage ourselves.

The location is excellent, close to many restaurants in the historic center, very well situated. The breakfast is good. There is no telephone in the room, so to contact staff you must go to reception. The staff was decent, but I think they could provide better customer service. The pillows were uncomfortable.
