“SCAM!! Does not exist, do not buy!!”
I'm still trying to wrap my head around this place. We showed up, ready to check in, but the numbers on the door didn't work and there was no front office in sight. Looking around, it seemed like every room was under construction, and we met other groups with the same issue. It's a total scam, and having it listed on your website is a black mark on your reputation.
“Not bad… convenient location”
This place had some great perks, like the location, which was super convenient, and the Italian breakfast place nearby was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the keyless entry and the beach towels provided. However, we did encounter a few issues, like the cockroach that greeted us, the uncomfortable pull-out bed, and the lack of response to our inquiries after check-in. It's not a bad place, but it's not perfect either.

I've stayed at a lot of places in St Pete Beach, but Upham Beach Inn is definitely one of the best. It's just a block from the beach, and they provide a big beach wagon to make it easy to carry your stuff back and forth. The property is beautiful, immaculate, and super comfortable. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay special.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy little spot. The location was perfect, and the space was clean and comfortable. It was a bit on the small side, but we didn't mind too much. One thing that would've been nice is a safe to secure our personal items.
Our stay at this place was a nightmare from start to finish. The owners were completely out of control, cursing at us through cameras and clearly drunk. The place was filthy, the beds were rock-hard and broken, and we didn't even get new towels or sheets. When our door handle fell off, they just wouldn't come to fix it.
