The accommodation was great: the trailer was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and the bed was cozy; the location was nice, and there was a 24‑hour 7‑Eleven practically on the premises. If I ever return to Okinawa, I would choose this place again.

“Not worth it, really”

The support team was excellent and the location is really good, but my overall experience was very disappointing because the first room was extremely humid, smelled musty, and had visible black mold stains—far beyond normal Okinawa humidity. I had to stay that night and wait until the next day to change rooms. I was offered a trailer as an alternative, but I’d have to leave my luggage in a locker for several hours and pay an extra fee, which seemed unreasonable since the problem stemmed from the original room’s condition. The second room was better but still quite humid, so I ended up leaving earlier than planned because I was no longer comfortable staying there. I want to note that the receptionist was kind and genuinely tried to help, but my negative review concerns the property’s condition and how the issue was handled, not her service. I expected a clean, properly maintained room.
