We had to stay elsewhere for two days, so we needed a spot to leave our suitcase; when we returned, the staff had already moved it back into our booked room—what a relief! The common areas are well-equipped, even offering laundry and drying facilities, so I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Seoul.
