The location was decent, and the staff were helpful. However, knickers were found underneath the sofa bed, it was too cold for disabled people, and a very nosy fan was present.

My first visit to a Moxy hotel turned out to be an overall excellent experience; I had to switch rooms because of a plumbing problem, but the staff handled it extremely well. The only downside was a dismissive, unhelpful staff member at check‑in, yet everyone else on the team was fantastic.
